I’ve been wearing my running shoes but my knees are starting to bother me. Are running shoes adequate or should I wear tennis shoes when playing?

I’ve heard it’s not ok to walk in high heels when your on your period is it true? Or just some old wife tales?

I have a short two hour flight from Sydney next week, and I’ve heard that you can’t wear high heels on a plane. Is true?
If so, can you go barefoot? We recently moved states and none of my non-heels have arrived yet.

Especially footwear that is worn outdoors. I think it’s for hygiene reasons, but I don’t know of any research that says so. How would the typical Japanese home compare to the typical American home? Would it be cleaner, cleaner floors and cleaner air, than an American household?

I do crossdressing at my house privately and i want to buy some high heels pumps stilettos but there’s no way i can go into the store and buy the heels because people will look at me weird. How can i buy some heels if i’m afraid to go to the shoe store?
