I’m clueless when it comes to fashion & struggling to find shoes for 2 outfits. One is a periwinkle blue dress. The other is a suit with an ice blue jacket and a plaid-ish skirt that has ice blue, pistachio green, silver and white in it. I’m hoping I might find one pair of shoes that will work for both…usually wear black pumps or sandals but they don’t quite work with these colors. I have 2 questions:
What do you think would be the best color(s) of shoe?
Do you think strappy sandals are too casual to go with a suit? The suit jacket is short sleeved and skirt is above the knee, if that matters.

I have this pair of high heel shoes that I love, but I can barely wear them because my feet sweat, so that makes my feet slide to the front of my shoes, and its painful to walk… Not to mention it makes it difficult to walk.
Is there anything to fix this problem?

I know this may sound like a really silly question but we are going to Iceland for the New Year so i wondered what shoes people would normally wear? Boots?

What do you recommend to stop a foot from sliding forward in strappy high heeled sandles?? (Besides not buy shoes with slicker inner fabrics)
I hate to keep moving my heel back into place every 2 seconds.

Just the basic high heel (pump or stiletto is fine), closed-toe with no toe cleavage, not online (in a store) so I can make sure that it fits well. Thanks!

I am really curious if high heels are harder to keep on your feet or low heels. When going up or down stairs or walking fast, do you find you are more prone to losing your shoes when you wear heels, or flats?
This is not a comfort question. I just want to know how easy it is for your shoes to slip off while walking. (Does your foot slide forward in your heels causing them to slip off, or be more secure? Or does your heel pull out of your flat shoes causing them to slip right off?)
