I think this term is commonly misunderstood. Basically I need to know what correct running shoes to purchase. Looking at all my shoes, it seems that the outer heel is worn more down than the inside. So to confirm, the heel by my ankle side wears down more. So is this over pronation or not? If not, what type of trainers should I get? Thanks

I’m 17 years old and I like wearing high heels a lot. And nothing under 4 inches because I don’t find smaller heels cute. I have several pairs of stilettos and cute high-heeled boots and I wear them every time I go out. I love being tall for the night (I’m 6ft in heels).

gf recently bought some 5(!) inch heels, after she wore them for half a day she had sore feet, especially the balls of her feet. Most likely because of the pressure that’s on that spot there, which is much higher then wearing 2-3inch I suppose. So do you have a moment in history when the high heel shoes were too high or too torturous?

I’ve got an interview with a local agency on wednesday and I don’t know where to wear high heels (like everyone says i should) or flats.
I can’t walk in heels but i hear that agencies, etc want to see the model in heels.
