well i wear makeup, and shave sometimes. lol. i also polish my nails like green, blue, purple. yay. but one thing i don’t do is wear dresses or high heels. i mean if i have to i will, but they are uncomfortable. also very showy of my skin. i also don’t lke high heels either. how many other ladies are with me? i feel high heels give buyons, and corns. also are really uncomfortable. any other ladies feel the same? why don’t you like to wear dresses.

I would like advice especially from people who wore heels long term. I would like to have a balance between wearing flat shoes and 3 inch heels or so (looove them, cannot give them up) to avoid the full blown damage in the long run.

I wear 3-4inch heels on a daily basis, but usually my lifestyle doesn’t require that I wear them with nylons or pantyhose. I find that whenever I do wear nylons with any of my shoes, my heels tend to slip out of the shoes much easier when I’m walking.
All my shoes are the correct fit and are not too big. I’ve tried grip pads and soles, but it only helps a little.

Going to a daytime wedding, and I need shoe advice
I have black slingbacks as a back-up, but would a low sandal, like a gladiator (like this one – http://www.trafficshoe.com/product-photos/retag-blk%201.jpg) or strappy flat be okay?

I bought a pair of leather 4″ spike heels. I want to soften them so that I can form a very full arch when I pointe my feet similar to wearing ballet slippers.

Just curious about this. I was driving the kids to McDonalds and it hit me…why do we have to wear shoes when we drive?

I’ve seen a lot of weddings. After a while the bride takes off her high heels and starts dancing (because the high heels hurt!) What can a bride do to keep the dress off the floor? Any ideas?
