It depends on the job. If its a part time teenage job, wear flats because you wont look like your trying to look older.
If your going into the perfessional work force, go for strong nice heels, not stripper heels, but heels.

heels, definitely. It’s better to overdress than underdress for an interview. Where a closed in stilleto or something, not strappy heels.
BUT – it also depends on where the job is.

3 inch heels, they’re not clubbing heels and it’s enough to give you that good posture which makes you look more confident.
