Is It Trashy To Wear High Heels To High School?

Author: I’m starting my freshman year in August, and I was wondering if it is trashy to wear high heels to high school (like 1 inch heels) and what is in style currently?

MAke your own style! Dont let people make u conform. If you wanna wear heels wear em! DONT CONFORM. I am a sophomore and its all good as long as you find the right friends who wont care what you wear. YOu could show up in the craziest outfit and no one will care. Yeah its a popularity contest but dont let other ppl tell you who YOU are. =] GOOD LUCK!
No its not trashy at all, as matter of fact theres a girl i know who wore her heels every day, her colors varies from blue to pink to silver and so on and so forth, tho she put on ballet flats sometimes, or rushed home, I just wonder how could your feet take it some much pressure, I must say if you do insist to wear them, their will be guys like me looking, so if you want that much attention, go for it!
One inch heels are fine but if you wear them a lot then it becomes trashy. I wouldn’t wear them for the first week or so just so you don’t get a reputation as being trashy (girls are the most judgemental the first couple of weeks and will look for just about anything). Good luck!
I personally wouldnt wear high heels to school becasue of how many people there are. You wouldnt want to trip and fall, especially the first day. Some of people dont wear heels to school but some do. I think you will be okay if you decide to wear them. Right now the style is ballet flats, wedges, flip flops and tennis shoes of course.
Tiny tiny heels are fine, but really, heels are a pointless addition to school life. They’re not particularly practical, and outright dangerous in subjects like food tech and science, where stumbling is a risk. You’re better off in flats.
its not trashy,as long as they are under 3 inches. make sure not to wear them everyday,or else it might seem alittle trashy. right now,bright colors and metallic ones are in

1 inch is not high…And in general it depends on what you wear the heels with….It would be totally fine with pants or a modest (knee-length) skirt.
Nah not unless they’re like huge heels…which are pointless to wear to school. School’s not the most fun place to be…no sense being uncomfortable as well.
i wouldn’t wear them everyday.. because that would get a little uncomfortable..
It would depend on the type of shoe, how high they are and what you are wearing them with.
short heels are ok but not all the time.
