What Are Some Good Gel Foot Insoles For High Heels?

Author: the balls of my feet always hurt when wearing heels (even little ones), so i think i want to buy those gel insoles, because i heard they really help. i know that the ones made by dr.scholls are good. is there any other brand that is worth buying? i would just love something to put in my shoes so the balls of my feet dont hurt from heels. thanks, and i appreciate any help.
I don’t know of any other brands sold over the counter other than Dr. Scholls but I would recommend checking with the pharmacist to see what they say.
I would also recommend a consultation with a foot specialist called a Podiatrist to have them evaluate the foot pain further to see if something else is going on besides the shoes.
