What Does It Feel Like To Wear High Heels All Day Outside And Then Move The Heel About When You Are Standing?
I saw a woman recently waiting for the train and she had on four-inch spike heels. She was moving the top of her heel from side to side with her ankle, sometimes moving it fast, sometimes slowly. Sometimes she would oscillate it quickly starting off with bigger movements which get smaller and smaller till the heel comes to rest vertical. Then she lifts her toes off the ground and keeps her heel on the ground, but pivots her foot on the heel slowly up and down and also from side to side. She also tapped the stiletto up and down on the conrete.
I really loved to watch her do those things. I imagined what she could be thinking as she did it. Perhaps by moving her foot about she could feel the heel underneath better and remind herself how tall her heels were. Do you think she enjoyed the feeling of doing those kind of things with her shoes?
I would dearly love to know what it feels like but men are not allowed to wear spike heels so if any lady could answer I would be really grateful.

If you have been wearing heels and on your feet most of the day, especially if they are as high as 4 inches, they can start to “burn” the soles of your feet, It’s not pleasant especially if you have to stand around waiting. It’s quite natural to tilt your shoe to one side or to tip the foot up so you just balance on the heel. This takes the weight of your foot for a minute and helps the circulation return. Rocking the foot up and down or from side to side also helps the blood flow like a massage.
There is a chance that if I was wearing particularly high heels that day and my feet weren’t tired. I might play around with different foot angles and heel positions just as a way to relax and pass the time. It’s kind of an involuntary thing like twisting your hair round and round your finger or crossing your legs, so sometimes I have found myself doing it. Thin heels are unstable and you need to hold them in position with your muscles, so letting go of the tension in your ankles and calves is a natural thing. I don’t think it’s much more than that though. Hope it helps.
By the way, stiletto heels need to be specially made so we can wear them safely. I don’t think it’s a good idea to try balancing on pencils, you will likely spear your foot or something! You should try buying some specialist large size heels. Wear them round the house all day and you’ll get a better idea of the difficulties we sometimes put up with to look good.

She was bored to death waiting for that train , and is probably a hyper person. That’s what we hyper do when we are forced to stand in one spot for any length of time. As far as what it felt like. probably the same to her as it does to you in your regular shoes. We do get used to wearing such shoes.And in fact it feels strange to be flat footed after wearing them.
