What Kind Of Dress Matches Best With Boots With Medium-high Heels?

Author: can the kind of boots that have high heels match any dress or is there a kind of dress it shouldnt match with..well i know you wouldnt want to match those with dresses that are long, but yea, what kind of dress do you think it would match best with. im thinking im going to buy my dress from wetseal and theres boots there too. any suggestions?
a black or dark brown mini dress and leggins add some neckleces and bracelets tahts cute
