Why Do High Heels Make Women Stand Pigeon Toed?

I’ve noticed that when women wear high heels they always seem to stand with their toes pointing in. Not all women… but a lot of them.
Is their a reason for this?
It is how the leg bones naturally turn when on tippy toes. It changes the whole alignment of the leg and hip.
some women just stand like that because they think it looks cute or makes their legs look thinner.
