I can not find the right color of heels to match my shirt, so what other colors are considered “allowed” to wear with such a color instead of black and brown?

i see people who have red high heels and the blue and yellow board. i look at their profile thing and it says that they’re not a member. how can i get them?
people say that i can get it with the gems but it says that i already have all the rare items and the other ones are for members only. im not a member though.
