i was blessed with big flat feet. but now it doesn’t seem to be such a blessing. i luv shoes like high heels, flats, sandals, and pumps….but i can never get some that fit me just right. i always need the shoes to be sizes 11-12 wide width but theres not alot of shoes out there that are cyute and made for people with big wide flat feet. so can you help me by probably suggesting some stores with alot of cyute shoes in wide width sizes.

I love high heels but I have very flat feet. Often high heels aren’t flattering on my feet unless I get the ones that have the higher cut. Also it’s difficult for me to be in high heels longer than a second because of my flat feet.
So I end up staying with the shoes that have the small heel but I would like to wear higher heels. Are there other people who have flat feet and wear high heels? What advice do you have?

When this ligament is stretched irregularly, it develops small tears which cause inflammation and pain in the heel. The first steps in the morning, after a period of rest or being off your feet are when the heel pain is most intense.
Some of the root causes of plantar fascitis include no arch support in the shoe, being overweight, having flat feet, or a sudden foot injury. (more…)

Our feet are complicated little tools for our body. Because the foot is such a large combination of bones and joints, many things can be set out of place and cause pain. We use our feet every day and the impact we put on them can be very taxing. In proportion to the rest of our body size, our feet are quite small. The pressure being put on each square inch of our feet is equal to 50% more than our own body weight. It
