the balls of my feet always hurt when wearing heels (even little ones), so i think i want to buy those gel insoles, because i heard they really help. i know that the ones made by dr.scholls are good. is there any other brand that is worth buying? i would just love something to put in my shoes so the balls of my feet dont hurt from heels. thanks, and i appreciate any help.

For prom I am decorating my own heels with rhinestones. I tried to use E-6000 glue but it melted the silver paint on the back of the stones. Is there any kind of glue that wont melt the paint but still stick really well?
