I’m watching a show called High Heel Confidential and no, I am not gay! I heard that the average woman buys 30 pairs a year, I am amazed. What has been the cheapest and most expensive?

gf recently bought some 5(!) inch heels, after she wore them for half a day she had sore feet, especially the balls of her feet. Most likely because of the pressure that’s on that spot there, which is much higher then wearing 2-3inch I suppose. So do you have a moment in history when the high heel shoes were too high or too torturous?

I sprained my ankle a few days ago. When I walk with regular shoes on or barefoot at home, my ankle hurts. However, when I tiptoe or wear high heeled boots, I don’t have pain in my ankle when i walk. Is it safe to wear heeled boots/shoes when I have a sprained ankle? It feels better, but I’m not sure if there are any health risks in the long run if I do that.

i was blessed with big flat feet. but now it doesn’t seem to be such a blessing. i luv shoes like high heels, flats, sandals, and pumps….but i can never get some that fit me just right. i always need the shoes to be sizes 11-12 wide width but theres not alot of shoes out there that are cyute and made for people with big wide flat feet. so can you help me by probably suggesting some stores with alot of cyute shoes in wide width sizes.

I have a pair of 5 inch sandals that i really love. I wanna learn to walk in them like a woman, not bending my knees or staggering lol..Do you have any tips or techniques? If you model or otherwise able to walk in high heels..you’d probly know..advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m 5’10.5″, so no heels, unless they are very short, because I don’t want to look like a freak. Don’t worry about price either, I’m just looking for a general style and color.
