I am 5’8″ and want to increase my height. What shoes, boots, or other things out there that can add the most height. I’d love to be 6’0″…and yes I am well past my growing years.

i’m chinese and i live in China and i work in an business office so i always finding myself everyday in Black 5 Inch High Heels Stilettos at work and always wear 6 inches going out shopping & hanging out with friends. Which one and height of heels you wear most?

Is there a recommended high heel height for short and tall people? I know you should wear what you’re comfortable with but just wondering, if for ex, petite girls should wear no higher than 3 in. heels or whatever.

I read somewhere this can be done but I also read that the shoes may end up being even more uncomfortable.
So can this really be done.
I love the designs of some high heel shoes, but they are just too uncomfortable for me. I was thinking of reducing them to kitten heels or even flats.
So I am not sure if this possible and where can I get it done.

I’m 5″8 naturally and i like high heels a lot and i wear them where ever i go, but since i’m 5 “8 which height of heels will best suit me and look good. I got about 40 pairs of 5 inch stilettos.
