I recently bought a pair of leather, pointed 4 inch heel boots from New Look. They have quite a chunky heel, but when I walk in them my 4 smaller toes kill. I tried to distribute my weight differently but it makes me walk strangely. These are my first pair of heels so is this normal for my small toes to hurt and is there a way to prevent it?

obviously high heels hurt your feet if your not used to them but in the long term after years of wearing them, do they change your bone structure or something like that, etc?? thanks to all who answer

I wear very high heels everyday for work and also on the weekends. Open toes and closed toed. In the ball of my foot on both feet, there is a harder area in a circle. It has been hurting soooo bad lately. If I have been wearing high heels all day and I take them off it actually throbs with pain. Does anyone know what it is? And how to get rid of them? I know what calluses are and I dont know if thats what it is….

Ladies ever got mad at a guy and hurt him with your high heels.Ive heard of girls stomping guys feet and toes with their heels and that must hurt.

I need to know because my GF is going to wear her new high heels (her highest pair, 4inches!!) on newyears evening and I promised to give her a foot massage afterwards. She’s breaking them in at home right now but she already said that they are going to be painful nevertheless. I want to know what part of the foot need the most attention. I guess around the ‘ball of the feet’ area but I want to be sure. So girls where is this torture going on when wearing those killer heels?
