the heels i need to wear arent stilletos or anything, they’re just pretty uncomfortable. i don’t have anytime/ money to go out and buy the gel inserts.

I have heard that when a woman wears heels, her whole body looks prettier. I have wondered how that works. Does raising the foot create a slimmer effect? Do the legs look longer as a result? I don’t think that I have noticed it myself.
Could somebody please explain this to me?

I bought a pair of leather 4″ spike heels. I want to soften them so that I can form a very full arch when I pointe my feet similar to wearing ballet slippers.

I love the way heels look, but I can never wear them for more than an hour or so without being in extreme pain.
The part that usually hurts the worst for me is on my heel – the shoes rub there and will make a bloody mess if I wear them for too long. Any suggestions?
