I have size 11 pair of shoes that are 4′ heels and my toes are in so much pain when i wear them. They get all scrunched up is that because they are to small or is there something special i can do to relieve the pain.

Girls, how do you manage the pain if you’re feet hurt from wearing heels. Do you just ignore it or do you make steps to minimize it one way or another?

As a guy it looks so painful, I see these girls every weekend partying hours in those killer heels, sometimes like 5 inches. All the body weight on their toes and front foot area the whole night without a problem? How do you women do that? What’s the secret about ignoring the pain?

I have a couple of beautiful high heels that have very high counters and they are causing my fibula serious pain. How can I eliminate this?

My gf wears her heels until she really really can’t stand it anymore, she’s sort of addicted to high heels and just ignores the pain that comes with it, even she gets scars on the back of her feet.
So more girls here that have a high pain tolerance like that?

What do you do when you’re somewhere (like going out) and your feet hurt from wearing high heels, and there’s no possibility to sit down or take them off? Stand on your tiptoes? Balance on one feet and then the other? Anyone?
