Do you think it would look stupid if I wore a black skirt with black stockings and black high heels? Or should I just buy the regular skin colored pantyhose? Thanks!

I’m clueless when it comes to fashion & struggling to find shoes for 2 outfits. One is a periwinkle blue dress. The other is a suit with an ice blue jacket and a plaid-ish skirt that has ice blue, pistachio green, silver and white in it. I’m hoping I might find one pair of shoes that will work for both…usually wear black pumps or sandals but they don’t quite work with these colors. I have 2 questions:
What do you think would be the best color(s) of shoe?
Do you think strappy sandals are too casual to go with a suit? The suit jacket is short sleeved and skirt is above the knee, if that matters.
