its my friends birthday and were going clubbing – and we have planned to wear a tutu and like all dressed up but were not sure what footwear goes with a clubbing tutu.. please help

So i’m what some of you might call a bit scene.
I Wear bright colored tutu’s in public and have bright red hair, i like to turn heads and i’m really dramatic, do you guys think wwearig high heels in public is okay, or just really stupid?
