I’m on a bit of a budget and wondered if it would be an absolute necessity to have a set of decent durable walking shoes for travelling around Egypt and Jordan, at the moment I have some relatively durable tennis kind of trainers.
I’m in need of some walking shoes that have alot of cushion on the outersoles and innner soles. Basically a shoe that absorbs alot of shock while walking or doing leisurely activities. Thanks.
The most basic use of shoes is to protect and cover our feet, but shoes also represent the persona and act as style statement for the men and women you wear them. Few of the major types of shoes are explained below:Womens Shoes Various styles of shoes are available for women and they cover a big portion of overall shoe market. Most of the shoes for women are exclusively designed for women and are wearable only by them; where as several kinds of shoes made for men can be worn by both genders. (more…)
I have no shoppers or exercise experts in my life to get me pointed in the right direction. Where in heck do I go for shoes anyhow? Wal Mart has just cheap feet killers, I think. Aside from the cheap garbage from Wal Mart, I get my boots at the feed store and they don’t sell walking shoes there. I need to get in better shape. All the ladies my age (those I am interested in anyhow) exersize and are in pretty good shape. I need to at least be able to walk with them without huffing and puffing or sitting down for an hour every five minutes because my feet, legs and back are killing me. Also, I need to build up a bit of cardio something or other so my heart doesn’t stop if I need to take the stairs.
Thanks for your kind help and advice!
Alan
