can the kind of boots that have high heels match any dress or is there a kind of dress it shouldnt match with..well i know you wouldnt want to match those with dresses that are long, but yea, what kind of dress do you think it would match best with. im thinking im going to buy my dress from wetseal and theres boots there too. any suggestions?

there isn’t a size chart for shoes for wetseal and I want a size 6 boots but I am not sure how big they will be in payless I can fit into 5.5 heels but don’t know about boots so will the wetseal boots be too big?
